I read a lot of good and bad reviews on places but everyone has their own experience and most of the time I just want to see for myself. The rooms where clean. The lady's who work day/evening and morning shift where great. Especially the lady who worked day/evening shift. She's a walking dead fan so had plenty to talk about lol. Housekeeping was also a great lady. I was not as happy with the gentleman that worked the front desk. But over all our 7 day stay here was quite nice. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of order and the indoor pool wasn't heated. But this could be something they just need time to fix. I would recommend staying here. The overall experience was pleasant.
RONNIE IS THE BEST HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE HAS TAKEN SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME . IM FROM SAN ANTONIO HERE FOR WORK AND I HAVE HAD THE BEST SERVICE AND HE NEED TO BE A MANAGER
This was a dexwnt place to stay, rions were clean and checkin in was easy. I would typically stay at a higher end hotel but this one was pretty decent.
For the price, in this part of the state (insane, but all of the rooms around here are) the rooms are great. I've stayed here a few times and only have an almost insignificant complaint. The water in some rooms is hot on the right as opposed to the left...odd, but like i said, no biggie. If you are staying in Odessa, have no fear staying here. Also...get Wyndham Rewards to save a little on your stay - it's free, so why not.
This place is a rip off, wanted to cancel a reservation 1 hour after I call and they refused. Asked for the to call me still waiting for that call.#ripoff# badbusiness
