Sucked Apu and family Haji were some rotten dumb rude people.. The price we paid .. The tv's didn't work
Very clean and friendly place. Customer service was amazing and very helpful. Swimming pool was nice and room was very clean and well kept. Very highly recommended.
Room's not bad but a little bit pricey during the week so good luck getting a room there...
This hotel is in the middle of a much needed remodel. AC in our room worked great. Kids enjoyed their stay. There were several signs of neglect all over the room from the doors, bathtub, counters, & floors. Cleaning crew could use a refresher course. Family-friendly amenities need to be taken care of; ping pong table full of dust, putt putt carpet stained and peeling and putters are duct taped, pool needs a serious cleaning.
I stayed at this hotel with my husband who is working in the area.( we both work for the same company) i would rate this hotel at less than a one star. Our room was dirty,, the bathroom vent has years of dust hanging off of it....The AC vent is DIRTY .I personally saw one clean person use a toilet bowl bush in the bathroom sink..a couple of days later the male cleaner used the same toilet bowl brush in the bathtub! We had days were the towel were remove and no clean ones were brought in to replace them. We also had a couple of no cleaning days no one even took out the garbage. . had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. I was making a call to Ramada Customer Care ,and was told to write the file number down I reached for the note pad under the telephone IT HAD MOLD ON IT!!! I asked several of the cleaners to clean the vent and was told No maintenance had to do it. The management has been complaining about my reviews and my calls to Ramada Customer Care. to my husband as well as his guys staying at the hotel, I have recommend that husbands company move him as well as the other 5 long term rooms ....This hotel for being a Ramada is very disappointing.
