Great place to stay if you there for a couple of days. Very nice and clean
Gr8 STAY BUT....As my check in day was Friday Sept 14th I arrived at 430pm and was having issues with my debit card, had to make a few calls and took me like 30mins before they checked me in, the guy working front desk was amazing he was so patient and was very nice. The housekeeping was very helpful and curious, But over all we weren't happy with the fact that elevator was broken, guest wash/dryer were broken and the ice machine was broken too!! Those are things that guests need. Breakfast was so and so milk definatly needs to be refrigerated!!
I travel quite a bit for my work. I have never stayed in a Microtell Inn and to be honest I only booked a room because I waited too long to make a reservation and all the other hotels were booked or the price was too high. This hotel deserves negative stars. The room smelled awful, the refrigerator did not work and the toiletries had been used. Throughout the hotel there was a musty smell. The lobby was dirty with mud on the floors and the breakfast was a joke! They had prepackaged muffins and a waffle machine and that was it. Also when I booked my room I was quoted one price but when I got there the price had changed. The landscape outside the hotel had an abandoned look to it with weeds growing all around. I will never make the mistake of booking a hotel room late nor will I ever stay in a Microtel hotel again.
Modest, new hotel with clean rooms near UTPB and the mall with rooms with a small kitchen with a microwave, small fridge, and sink. Basic Continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, breads, cereal, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, and hot teas. Nice and friendly front desk.
The Microtel in Odessa is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable
