La Quinta is definitely stepping up their game this hotels under a remodel in the lobby what rooms are extremely nice and comfortable very friendly staff

Good place to stay rooms are just to high for people just staying one night every body not in oil fields
After working for 48 hours to help restore electricity to a neighboring community we headed to Midland to get some rest. We arrived at 1:30 PM (yes...early for a check in) and asked if there was any way we could check in early as we were exhausted. She told us that rooms would not be available until 3 pm, I asked again and explained that we had been working a power outage and we needed to rest asap. But that request fell on deaf ears...we sat in the lobby (falling in and out of consciousness) for an hour and a half. 3 PM rolls around....IT IS CHECK IN TIME! I have patiently waited, BUT NO...IT ISNT READY YET!. 30 MORE MINUTES supposedly. So here I sit in the La Quinta lobby. Maybe we won't get called out again tonight, but if we do I sure hope that the power is out wherever these folks that work here live....cause it sure would be nice to return the favor.
The place was great. Friendly staff and room was comfy.. only down side is the picture showed a hot tub. In reality there is no hot tub here. Over all a well enjoyed stay.
