I called to book a room here and was quoted a price of 94.99 a night, so I told the girl on the phone to book me for fri, sat, and sun. She was suppose to email a confirmation to me, but I never received it. When I went to check in, the guy at the desk said you need one night right. I explained that I had told her 3 nights. He said that's okay we got you covered. He handed me a form to put my vehicle information on and told me to initial in two places and sign. I was physically exhausted and signed what I thought was a regular check in agreement to run my credit card. I awoke the next morning to check my bank account as I do daily and found that they had approved my credit card for more than the price of 94.99 quoted per night. I called the front desk and was told that Sunday night would go up to 155$ a night. I asked why they didn't tell me this at check in, she said I had signed a form agreeing to it. I told her that they tricked me. I thought I was signing a check in form. I complained and even called holiday inn express to complain. The best they could do was give me the room at 129.99 a night on Sunday. The manager supposedly is Viviana. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to swindle people out of their money. Holiday in has lost a customer permanently. I can't believe they would be this crooked. If you are going to book a room here insist that they send a confirmation email confirming the nightly rate for each night and don't sign anything without reading it thoroughly. They will not verbally tell you the room rate will go up on certain days. I would give this place a zero if it were an option.
My family & I were greeted & given the friendliest welcome & customer service by the desk clerk. Breakfast bar was fresh & delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better stay!
Good folks here. Lots of oilfield and commercial guests, but nobody rude. Halls were quiet during my stay. Thank you!
Front desk clerks were very hospitipal. Pillows too soft but everything else was great.
Beautiful place to stay. Great service and for a party just book it. Also close to wal mart the mall. And a lot of restaurant around
