This is a very nice and clean hotel. The fitness room and pool were great. (Didn't use the pool). I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant and bar were reasonably priced and had very good food. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dealing with the staff was pleasant. They are all nice and helpful. I was disappointed that the rooms were $300 per night.
Serviceable, clean. Friendly staff. Very well serviced public event. Layout is great. Amenities are very nice.
The very nice desk person was excellent. I was totally exhausted and she was extremely nice. Walked me to the room and helped me with my bags. Can't say how much I appreciate the extra service.
Our stay at the Hilton Garden was very pleasant, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would have given 5 stars but, I had a issue with server by the name of Stephanie. At breakfast(which we paid for) she was not very attentive. After someone orders breakfast, she walks off to go and do something other than her job. She lets the condiments and drinking glasses get down low. She needs to do a better job at serving others.
Bed was exceptional. Off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy Odessa. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in the room. Good for long term stay. Breakfast was very good. Beautiful lobby. We took photos there. Would go back!
