2 days no hot water after complaining the first day. Charged me for a late check out even though I was leaving specifically because there was no hot water. Staying away from wyndham

The carpet was not clean. Found a shoe that wasn't ours. It was under the bed skirting. Other than that I liked it.

On google it says pet-friendly and it was very good pricing so we reserved a room. I have a small pug so I thought this was great. We showed up to the hotel and its only pet friendly to SERVICE dogs. The manager was very nice about the situation and said if we couldnt find a hotel we could go back and pay a fee. It was our fault to not look at the hotel website and check out the pet policy. If youre traveling with dog thats not a service dog I do not recommend. Other than that the hotel is in a very good location and looks very nice and the manager was great.
