This is a great RV park. It is always clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. It is pet friendly and the grass area is nice to have.
Very neat and tidy! The owners take very good care of the property, and care for the residents. They are always there when you have questions, or need something. They are very polite and respect the privacy of others. Absolutely amazing all around! They work hard on the property, and it shows!

This is by far the very best RV Park in all of Odessa. Owners live onsite and are extremely friendly as well as professional. They take great pride in what they do so they are exceptional with the upkeep of the property. You actually feel as though you are on a resort with the beautiful green grass and garden. I recommend this place as your number one choice. I came from Mississippi with tall trees and green grass and so glad I came across Pleasant Parks because it's just been a pleasure to be here
