What a grand place to be. Outstanding management in every way, family environment. This place has a gym, laundry room and a pool! What more can you ask for? No dogs barking at night (during quiet hours). This is the second time I've stayed here and will continue to.

Great place to stay my husband was working in Monahan and we stayed there for a couple of months ....loved it so far the best RV park I've been too!!!!
13+ miles from town and the excruciating traffic that accompanies Odessa. Not very family friendly. Park could def be cleaner. Don't pay ahead the month, or even the week until you are there for a bit and certain you want to stay, just go ahead an pay by the night. Made the mistake of paying a month upfront, before we got the RV there, and lost the entire $500, due to a last minute job assignment change. In addition to that, it was explained to me that there are a lot of oil field workers that live there, and a lot of drinking that goes on, but no "rowdiness". That made me feel uneasy. Decent amenities, but that's about it.
Best place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and it's the safest most family friendly RV Park I have ever lived in. The owners are so awesome and they keep the park clean and they dont allow the residents to get loud.
