Absolutely amazing, the workers are kind and explain things in an easy to understand way, and definitely know what they are doing. It's not the cheapest place, but it's the best place I've ever been for my pet! So worth the money!
They do not deserve a star at all Please do not take your pets I took two pups in and they were in critical condition they wouldnt even check them until I could pay 600 bucks I left there and went to West Texas Emergency on grandview they help u and check ur pets right away since t took longer Bc I wasted my time with these guys my pups are now blind but still healthy and alive thanks to West Texas emergency

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give LESS than one star I would!! This place is HORRIBLE! I took my puppy to them because he was throwing up and having diarrhea. They told me he had a bacterial infection in his intestines and sent me home with antibiotics. He wasn't getting much better so the next night I called again to let them know he wasn't any better and they told me to give the antibiotics time to work. I ended up taking him to my regular vet the next day and he had Parvo. PERMIAN BASIN ER VET did not even Parvo test him!! Point in case - The staff there is horrible. They have ZERO licensed vet techs (I asked). I ended up spending close to $1,000 for some antibiotics that did nothing for my dog and now Churro is dead because of them. My vet said maybe if I had brought him in sooner he would have had a chance. He does not recommend them either. **DEFINITELY USE THE EMERGENCY VET ON GRANDVIEW STREET IN ODESSA!!! HAD I KNOWN HOW MUCH BETTER THEY WERE BEFORE THE FACT, MAYBE CURRO WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY**
Took my dog Glitzy after being bit by something. She had a terrible reaction and I took her 35 miles to the vet. The folks were awesome and very nice to us. Great care and service. I thank the whole staff.
