I had a bad experience with these people they helped me when I got there with a forklift and when it was time to pick it up my tool box this very heavy tool box when I asked if they would help again they wanted to charge me 50$ stating they need records of me so that there's no insurance problems they already have records of me renting the place why would they need more records it was unfair and they were on polite and rude on the phone I'll never go there again

Somehow managed to overtighten the knob of my brand new propane tank on its first refill and refused to accept any responsibility or apologize. The knob was turned so tightly that I could not get it back open except for part of the way. Now the tank is useless. Get your propane elsewhere.
