wow we had a great experience at this billy hext location. They helped us out last minute with amazing customer service.

Rented a 9' U Haul Van from this location on a Friday morning and returned it within 24 hours. Manager wasn't there when I dropped off the van, then I receive my receipt a few hours later and I was charged $28 for fuel despite having returned the van with a full tank. I was also charged an extra day for the Collision Damage Waiver. I've emailed, called and talked to the manager and employees, each time they take my information and promise to resolve the issue and I have yet to hear from anyone. One employee cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation over the phone and began having a conversation with someone that walked through the door, completely ignoring me. I've emailed them a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge that shows the tank was full, I've contacted their corporate office and all I continue to receive is promises that someone will get back with me to resolve the issue and provide me with a refund. This entire office is extremely unprofessional, lacks basic customer service skills and are horrible at communicating.
Best moving experience I have had in years. Uhaul has reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Everything gets 5 stars.
