Great price on breakfast platter, good, friendly service. Dined in, the floor was like black ice it was so slick. Need to monitor cleaning crew's use of mop products. My feet began sliding even when standing still. Real slip/fall hazard.
Ordered two meals exact same. Ultimate bacon cheeseburger with curly fries. Had one sandwich missing a patty and had one strip of bacon. Fry cups half full. And no cheesecake. Printer was down so no receipt. All of this after waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot because the server was down. 12:20ish am aug 4 2018. Tried to write a complaint on the website wouldnt let me pick a location and could not continue. Wasted my lunch break will never choose jack in the box again.
I was missing some hashbrowns, I didn't get the receipt for my order. When I noticed one of my hashbrowns was missing I went in about 2 mins after getting my food and asked about it. One of the workers that i talk to had a very agitated look to her when I came in.
I went in today 9/23 and man was I was mad about having to wait close to 10 mins just to have someone say well be right with you honestly me and my family was just hungry so we stayed, while the lady took our order she was being called from the drive thru headset and since she was taking my order she told the manager, here take her order before I start yelling at her I was like wow! the dining tables were just nasty I had to wipe down my own table because it looked like employees werent on top of that. The beverage dispenser had soda build up that looked couple days old, my order came out in a good amount of time which surprised me. My wife said no cheese on her burger and we got it with cheese, I ordered curly fries but I saw more regular fries in the box then curly fries. As other people kept coming in to dine in they had them waiting the same amount of time and had to yell to get someone to take the order, the manager wow I cant believe hes actually the manager had music really loud in his office from his phone with cus lyrics back and forth.
Food is edible. Service isn't impressive, and dining area isn't always clean. Seating isn't comfortable. Restrooms are rarely very clean or well stocked. And if you plan to use a coupon, don't plan to up size or alter, they aren't allowed to do it. Generally, a cheap fast food trying to look upscale. Many better options just down the road!
