Horrible and unprofessional staff. My encounter with Rainbow Plumbing never got passed a phone call. I made the appointment and when the dispatcher notified me their technician was on the way. She asked me for a payment over the phone. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving my card information over the phone and if I could be sent an invoice. Instead, she made it a point to let me know it would be better for her to place a card on file so she could leave at 5 pm. My tenant has been waiting all day to have their plumbing issue resolved. I was hung up on and was told to find another plumber. Absolutely Ridiculous. I will NEVER consider Rainbow Plumbing again for any of our properties.
My AC had a leak and they came out the next day and fixed it. Kelly was cool, had to reschedule my appointment a few times and that never seemed like an issue as the day passed. Overall, happy my ceiling isn't showing water stains anymore. Good prices and knowledgeable staff.
These guys are great came out very fast and unclogged my main line were very helpful and true to the quote I was given. Will defiantly use them again. They were one of the only companies in town to even give me the time of day. Also I didn't have to sit at the house for hours and wait on them the girl in the office called me when the plumber was on his way so I could just meet him and not have to take off of work. Thank you Rainbow!!!
Hi I used Rainbow on Saturday 9 2 17 and I had a small leak in backyard water pipe that was main source of the house water, The plumber was extremely very good and went above the normal customer relations. His name is Joe and he should be running the company, for a young guy he had the best work ethic I've seen in awhile. These type of guys are 1 in a million, Thanks Joe for the great service!
