Always busy, but I have never had to wait for a machine. Machines are always kept wiped clean.

I arrived on Saturday to drop off a large amount of laundry. The total came out to over $200 for a drop off and pick up. I was fine with the price and was happy with the service when I dropped off my laundry, I was told it would be ready Sunday afternoon. When Sunday came along I called the laundromat to see if my laundry was going to be ready for pick up. I was told that they were busy and we're not going to have it ready until Monday. I was a bit upset so they apologized and said it was busy. I hung up the phone and just decided that I was going pick up my dirty clothes and try to get a refund. I called back and the woman was very rude this time, she said the clothes are wet and are washing and completely cut me off talking to hang up on me. I've never been treated so poorly by a business. I am in awe right now.
Whoever is saying that the prices are good are delusional! For the price it cost me to do laundry here once, I could have started saving for a washer/dryer and a house to put them in. Way expensive and then, to top it off, they didn't have any quarters! What kind d of laundromat doesn't have quarters? The guy behind the counter gave off an odd vibe too, I felt threatened by his mere gaze. Won't be going back here, 50 bucks to do 5 loads of laundry is entirely too expensive.
