I been going for the past 5 months due to my husband having to work out of town and I had never had a problem till last week. Usually everyone asks around whos machine it is ( the one you would like to use ) and if someones waiting on it so as usual I did that and the man told me no youre next so I went to get my clothes ( of course is a huge bad ) and by the time I came back a lady that works there was there and I told explained to her how I was next to use the machine and how I had talked to the man already. She told me I was next he didnt know I never told him I was next, but I knew I was so I explained I had been waiting for the machine and I had called it next that it was unfair that she was doing that just because she worked there even after the man told her I was waiting on it! and she was being really sarcastic and rude about the situation. So if anyone is planing on going make sure someone else helps you get your clothes, stay next to the machine or be alert make sure an employee doesnt beat you since it seems they have all the rights.
Sometimes it's hard to find an open washer or dryer. Most of the employees are nice but they are understaffed. And I have seen some employees just standing outside with a broom not doing anything for the whole 4 hours I was there
Ive been washing my clothes here for 2 years. Ive never had problems cleaning my clothes here.The staff is very friendly but recently Ive noticed that the washing machines smell bad. You have to put a lot of soap on your clothes so you do not stay smelling of the stinking blow of the water. I guess it's because of all the use these washing machines have since it's always full of people. Some washing machines are damaged where the softener or bleach is placed and they do not always check it for cleaning. My clothes fell bleach and they told me I should have warned them before washing to empty the place of the bleach and apologized for what happened, but my clothes are faded and they offered me nothing in return. I suppose it is your responsibility if something happens to your clothes, but they should clean the machines frequently so this does not happen.

Very clean and nice laundry mat. They have a ton of washer and dryers and doing laundry is a breeze here. I love the huge washers! I can do a large load in one go! They have a small arcade to keep kids entertained and vending machines. They also have a lot of seating, folding tables and TVs. The cards makes it a lot better! No more counting or saving quarters and having jingling pockets!
