We ended up leaving with a wonderful couch and also picking up the couch was a great experience as well the workers helped us load the couches in our truck and also tied it down!

We had a great experience. The salespeople were not pushy, just asked if we had any questions every once in awhile. Helped us with demensions and was exactly right on delivery day. Delivery was actually a few hours early and they were very professional. Very happy with all aspect of this store.
On Monday, I purchased a living room suite. Before going to the store, I was able to research many styles on the website. When I had options narrowed down, I went to the store on Labor Day and was able to look at both sets without being hounded or pressured by a salesperson. When I did have a question, I easily found someone to help me. I made my decision, and she took me to do the financing part. Easy, fast, painless. I was in the store for about half an hour.My furniture was delivered today, four days after my purchase. I received a call and an email on Wednesday to confirm the delivery date, then another call and email on Thursday with a two-hour delivery window. In spite of a huge rainstorm, the deliverymen were on time. They were polite and efficient. Every step of this experience was positive. I was nervous, because this was my first major furniture purchase, but it could not have been easier. I will definitely buy from Bob Mills again!
