We bought a sectional sofa on 4/1/17, and also bought the extended warranty because the sales associate claimed it covered everything, from structure to couch cushions.(explicitly said any punctures, cuts, and tears were covered) Well that was a lie. Within 11 months the cushions had begun cracking and splitting. We called the warranty people who advised that cracking and splitting of the cushions was NOT covered by the warranty. So in short. We spent more than a thousand dollars. The couch was thrown out exactly a year and 3 weeks after we purchased it. Oh, and despite their false representation of the warranty. They refuse to refund us the price of the warranty. Be careful, they will lie to you.
Great place to shop for furniture. They have many selections and sales reps are very friendly & helpful. They are not pushy on sales and are honest about their furniture.
I have furnished my whole house here. Love the staff and prices never have had a bad experience here. I really recommend them

I had done business once before and had no issues. However, the 2nd time around I ordered couches through them and had a totally different experience. They informed me when both of my couches were in and that I could come pick them up. When I arrived a couple days later to pick them up they had sold my love seat to someone else. Not wanting to wait for another to be ordered I had to take the display. They then wouldn't give me any money back. The display was not brand new and it was more than obvious it had been jumped all over for quite some time.
