I am legally blind and cannot drive so if it is after 6pm when the busses stop running. I am forced to rely on taxi's. I called them and an hour plus later no taxi tried to call the dispatch multiple times and they did not answer so I was forced to call a friend and beg for help the taxi never showed up. I called the taxi at 8pm once my friend had picked me up the dispatch finally called back asking did I still need a taxi. I told them I was forced to make other arrangements.

Heard a lot of stories but nothing that was written could not possibly be possible, the driver was professional and dispatcher very friendly I was on time to my appointment they only took about 10 minutes to get to me. Very happy customer!

Awful!!!! My husband had been dealing with airports for 10 hours today because of 2 delayed flights. I called this company 2 hours prior to him landing in Odessa to have a taxi scheduled to be there since it would be late when he arrived. The dispatcher assured me there would still be more than plenty of taxis there and wouldnt schedule one! He gets there and guess what...NO TAXI!!! Called this company again and all she could say was he would have a 45 minute wait!!!! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!
