Since google wont allow me to post my full experience with this company because it "exceeds the character limit by 4 times I will just say"Don't use the property management, and know your Texas Real Estate Commission rights if you do"my full experience so far, I will update as things unfold has been posted to the Trower Realty facebook page if you want to see how this company treats their customers.

Let me tell you. If I could give no stars I definitely would. We got accepted to rent and had a good variety of choices. I went probably once a week to check on the listings for a month and a half. When it came to the day we found a place we liked and that was actually clean and in good shape when she changed her story and demanded more of a deposit. We were already there with our deposit and ready to get the ball rolling. She said she was going to try and get a hold of me but got busy. (She was eating a burrito instead of trying to get ahold of me) they never answer their phones and most properties they have for rent are run down and disgusting. Im so infuriated that we depended on them thinking they would be awesome but let us down and potentially put us on the street.

Worst property/house buying and selling experience I have ever had. Ector County Abstract was horrible as well. No communication, follow-up or follow through. My hats go off to Vanessa Saenger at JPS Real Estate for making everything work out for my mom.
