If they would take the phone off the hook so I can call and see if my prescription is ready I'd really appreciate it. Been calling since 9:10am. Now it's 9:47am and the phone is still busy. 4real, this pharmacy sucks at every thing.
They charged us for prescriptions we never got..... have left 10 voicemails and emailed as well. They wont respond and have not refunded us. I have contacted an attorney. Do not let them set you up on automatic draft or they will have access to your account!!!!! I had to pay the bank $25 to block them from continuing to debit our account.
They lie about pricing but my doc knows how to fix it and shove it to em

The help are totally incompetent they lie and try to hide their mistakes and when you try to talk to them about the problem they become out right combative and extremely rude. If you go over their heads to management, they will lie to the boss and try to turn the table on you to make you look like the bad guy. Because of my insurance and my situation I've been stuck with using Evans Pharmacy for several years now and the problem has gotten even worse. Call in a script and see for yourself if it's really ready in 10 minutes. Good Luck!
