They drop you off at the ticket couter in your own car, without waiting for a shuttle or having to park your car. Upon y oh r return they have your car already running and ready as your checking out. Just the fact they pick you up without having to walk further than the street at the same price for the city(a three block walk) is a no brainer for me.

This place needs some organization. After my trip I went to pick up my truck. They did not do anything I ask for. It was not parked in cover parking. They did not wash it or fill it up with gas. And I had to tell the guy behind the desk because was going to charge me for these services. If he would have looked out the window he would have notice it was not clean. I will not be back there, you cannot depends on these guys.
I think this G Childs guy is over exaggerating or perhaps hating, my experiences & that of my colleagues has been great, the staff is friendly & efficient, they always have my vehicle ready when I come back with employees holding the door open greeting me, they aren't a rental company they're a valet parking service so I don't know what this guy's talking about.
Love this place. The new manager is great. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
