Perfect place to stretch your legs on a cross country trip.
One of the better parks in Odessa. It has fishing, a small trail, and disk golf. All of those are very uncommon activities in Odessa. It's a nice place to go far a bit to get out of the house. Though it is fairly close to a highway, so keep a look out. The little fishing pond is big enough you won't feel crowded. I do think it would be a bit better if there were more shade trees.

Beautiful place! But the trash in the water is getting bad!!
There's a nice fishing pond. They where doing some work there when we went. But it was a great place to be able to take our dog to play. We did run into one owner who had 2 dogs on leash but 1 was off leash and we about had a problem. Our dog is very protective of my daughter so we always have her son leash or long chain. Also there was a foul smell every so often. Just every now and then you would get a good dose of it. And considering most of the other places had little thorns all in the grassy areas this was the best place we found to take our dog. There's also a frisbee game that you can play all around the park. There are picnic tables there as Well.
