Took my niece to see Hotel Transylvania 3. Played everything we could and had a great time. Laser tag was especially fun. Seats are assigned, so order your tickets in advance for crowded opening weekends. Theater seats are comfy and spacious. Had a hot fudge sundae delivered to us during the movie. It even has a bowling alley, but the wait was lengthy during the evening rush. Spent a couple hundred bucks, but my niece and I had a great time.
Absolutely hate that it is paperless money operating. You have to get a card, put money on it, pick your seat, pay. To many steps! Also it's pick your seats, I'm handicapped so I'm afraid, don't know what seat is where in the theater, so you have to purchase handicapped seats at the food area. Not very accommodating to the handicapped. I have a friend that uses a Walker, I will never take him there. Ill stick with my century theater. They are very accommodating.
This place has amazing service and the staff seem to genuinely care if your enjoying your time or not. It's extremely clean and gives off the vibe of being able to relax and have fun. Definitely a repeat customer for sure.
!!OVERPRICED!! SERIOUSLY the food and snacks cost more than tickets there self ... But the chairs are really comfortable the recline .. really comfortable the games are fun you can go bowling or play some laser tag .... They have something where you are up in the are attached to something cord and you do a obstacle course in the air .. I forgot what it is called something like Skywalker or death walk I don't remember
We had a great time. The staff went above and beyond. Example: my son had won a ET stuffed animal and a little girl took it when he was playing a game. Dante one of the staff, went and got him another one to get a smile back on my son's face. I am so grateful to go somewhere that they care about the kids as much as there profits. Cinergy will be talked about in high regards from this family.
