I wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone. The reason being is I had to go to that hospital in an ambulance last Saturday morning. In the Er the room was a disgrace and nasty. The first Dr. I saw was rude and such an idiot.. He flat out told me that I was wasting his time by being there. The other two Drs. I saw was polite and super nice. They decided to keep me over night. When they finally put me in a room on the fourth floor. That room they put me in as it wasnt well stocked nor ready as it was so unorganized. It was lacking a plastic tub, water pitcher, cup, hand and body lotion,deodorant, body wash and shampoo . However the nurses were sweet and polite. A few more things . I had to ask five different times if they could bring me something to eat and at midnight they finally brought me something to eat. The next day I asked three different times if I could take a shower and finally I got to take my shower in the afternoon before I was released from the hospital that evening. If I could give that hospital no stars I would
The care I received during and following my shoulder surgery was fantastic. The surgical staff always kept me informed about what was going to happen. After the surgery, the nurses and staff were always attentive and professional. The surgeon even checked in on me several times. And the room was spotless the entire length of my stay. After my hospital stay, the outpatient rehabilitation group was instrumental in getting my strength and range-of-motion back where it needed to be. They were always positive and always inspirational ... which kept me going. The successful outcome was very much a result of attentive hospital and outpatient staff.
The Women's Imaging Center and Dr. Hicks are amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Hicks gives personal attention to every patient and makes patients feel that he is really interested and concerned about their care. Great customer service!
Great place to receive care! Best nurses and physicians. I was with my dad recently in the ED and everyone was great! We were treated promptly and with respect! Great team!
The night receptionist Aracelly was so rude. Hateful person could it help me in my time if need. My daughter was admitted in the ER and I was super worried. No one. Would help me no would give me answers. What is this world coming to. How can someone. It have any compassion. How can someone be so ugly to a mother whose been crying for 3 hours. It knowing how my daughter was doing . I am going to make a complaint about her and the hospital.
