The wait here is nuts! There was 3 girls cutting hair. Tori cut my sons hair and it wasnt worth $20. She just trimmed him up and wouldnt do anymore after 5 minutes. He is 4 and does not like his hair cut at all. I was willing to hold him but she thought he would cry it out and sit there. I will happily find someone else.
Be prepared for a 2+ hour wait to get a simple trim. In my opinion they either need more stylists or the ones working need to learn how to do a decent haircut in a timely manner so they can move people through quicker. This location wasnt always like this, its ridiculous.
Today I was around 4:00 PM and schedule and appointment the waiting list was more that 2 hours (40 customers in front of me), but the lady said that no problem. They will send a msn for me 10 min before. But that never happened I am 4 years customer and I called them at 5:50 and they said that I still have to wait another 20 minutes have to be there in 10 min. I arrived there at 6:01 and they didn't let me in. So the system don't work and I understand that they have to leave and they shouldn't accept new customers if they cannot handle it but If I am in the list and I have to still waiting. I suggest Close at 3 If they think that that cannot handle it and give the customer other options with time.
THE LONGEST WAIT! The wait is ALWAYS over 2 hours long, even on non busy days IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They always charge for things they dont do (the extra package items Ect, if you say no theyll still charge for it) no one has the time to sit around for over 2 hours TO GET A HAIR CUT, especially for a basic trim!! The wives/anyone that is accompanied by the person getting their hair cut has to sit in the car due to there only being like 7 chairs in the salon.. This is a very poorly ran shop, the workers socialize/gossip the whole time acting like theyre in a bar, my husbands hair always turns out not what he asks for which leaves me having to fix it at home, JUST DO YOUR JOB! If they would nicely call people back and do the cut in a timely manner people wouldnt have to wait over 2 hours in the heat waiting in line outside due to no seats inside, or being subject to sitting in their vehicle (which is STILL HOT) ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
We just relocated to Odessa, & dropped in Sports Clips. We were so pleased! You can see where you are in line, by looking at a monitor.Chelsea did an amazing job on my son's haircut. We will definitely be back!
