Employees did very well considering the circumstances
Father passed away this past Christmas in another town, but we had him buried in Odessa because that's where my mom is. The entire staff was very compassionate during this emotional time with helping to arrange embalming at another facility and transport back home. Kudos to everybody.

Watch out for the greedy attempts to upsell you and make you feel guilty that you are not spending enough to "honor your loved ones". It's disgusting how funeral homes and cemeteries use people's time of grief to try and soak them for every dime they can. I don't know how these people sleep at night...oh yea, they sleep well in their cozy 3500+ SF palace they build off of your grief. Thankfully the last of the prepaid plots we bought in the 70's are all we paid for. I will not bury 1 more of my loved ones in this cemetery. I don't care if I have to travel 150 miles to find another, it will NOT be this one. These people are disgusting.
